The projects submitted for the coupon must come from your stash - not fabrics from groups for donated quilts. I adore and support donated quilts, however this promotion is to help you use up those fabrics you no longer adore. How does it work

What is a Block of the Month and the Monthly Club Programs? How does it work?

Block of the Month programs (BOMs) make quilting affordable, easy and fun! Choose the program you love, sign up, and the rest is automatic. Each month you will be charged a set fee and we will send you everything you need to complete one Block or Kit. The length, cost, and details of each program vary, so please refer to the program description for more details.

Our Clubs work the same way as BOMs, but instead of a Block, you will receive a Kit each month to make that month's project.  Everything is provided except the basic notions and batting.

When you sign up for a program, it is understood that you are signing up for the entire program and we will reserve an entire quilt/program for you. Your Block/Kit charge will automatically occur on the billing date established for that program, on the credit card you used to sign up for the program. Your information is kept safe and secure. 

Our Guidelines

When you register for our block-of-the-month quilt programs, it is understood that you are registering for the entire program. We will abide by this policy and prepare a kit for you each month with the understanding that you will remain in the program for the duration.


We understand that things happen. If something happens that causes you to need to cancel, please let us know right away! Should you need to cancel before the program is over the Registration Fee is not refundable.

Often times we provide complete products (pattern, background, etc.) on our BOM programs during the first month. This is for your convenience and to protect against possible dyelot changes in the fabrics. In these cases, if a cancellation is made by the customer before the 6th month, a fee for the full amount of the items (pattern, background, etc) will be charged to the credit card you have provided.


Our store is unique in that if you should make a small mistake on a particular piece of fabric you can call and request a replacement. We are happy to accommodate when fabric is available. If you make a large mistake we usually have extra fabric available for you to purchase at a small price. Please just call and discuss it with us!

Monthly Fee

Beginning the first month of the program, and for the duration of the program, you will be billed the amount stated in the details (and taxes when applicable). Unless otherwise stated, shipping and handling will be added to international orders only. Unless other arrangements have been made, fees will be billed to the credit/debit card used to pay for the Registration Fee


We bill out many Block of the Month Programs each month so each program is scheduled a designated time during the month. Once a Program begins and is scheduled for that first month, it will be billed about the same time each month. If you are interested in knowing when you will be billed, please consult the BOM Calendar each month for the exact date.

If for any reason we are not able to charge your credit card, you will be sent an email or a postcard will be mailed to you and your kit will be held until payment arrangements can be made. For this reason we encourage you to let us know if you receive an updated credit card or expiration date.

Address/Credit Card changes or updates

Please notify us by phone (605-542-6826) or email ( for any updates of your address or form of payment so that we can be sure you receive your monthly project.

Shipping & Handling - International customers only, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Handling may vary throughout the program. If a kit is larger and shipping is considerably more than normal, we will charge more shipping. Please know that we do our best to reduce shipping costs and try to keep your normal monthly shipping cost to under $5 per kit. You will be notified of this before the charge happens.

Limits & Cancellations

Participant Limits - If there isn't enough response to a program, we will cancel it and notify you. 

Program Cancellations - If a program is cancelled you will be contacted via email and given the choice to apply your paid Registration fee as a:

  1.  Store credit

  2.  Registration Fee for another Program

  3.  Refund
